TITLE: Regulatory Advocate

PQE: 3+
SALARY: £65-75,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be expected to present cases for hearing, including interim order applications and reviews, contested hearings, and applications for interim order extensions in the High Court. You will be responsible for advising on the management and progression of the firm’s regulatory investigations, providing comprehensive regulatory guidance, and drafting allegations for regulatory tribunals across various sectors.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 3+ years’ PQE with experience conducting contested and uncontested hearings. You must be able to demonstrate solid technical expertise in advocacy and fitness to practice proceedings, as well as a commitment to further development of those skills. A background in healthcare related work or experience in advocacy in the Solicitor’s Disciplinary Tribunal is highly desirable, and experience in a professional regulatory environment is essential.
