The London team of this elite US law firm, a key player in the legal finance market, is in a dynamic growth trajectory and aims to make several strategic hires at the NQ to mid-level to deliver to its expanding client base in 2025. The team is looking for lawyers who have experience of leveraged finance transactions, knowledge of loan structures and syndicated and acquisition finance. They would like to consider NQs through to 5PQE Associates and will review applications from Commonwealth qualified Finance lawyers keen to transition to the UK jurisdiction. The team enjoy working on highly varied and complex transactions and as well as working on the borrower side of leveraged finance transactions there will be opportunity for involvement in broader finance transactions. You will work in a great team, draft facility and inter creditor agreements and provide creative solutions for clients. Partners in the team are highly supportive and hands on and will offer a stimulating environment, and extensive support, training and development.
