RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, 7+ PQE, TYNE & WEAR, £45,000 - £55,000 DOE. Join a firm that offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes, a competitive salary, generous annual leave and flexible working arrangements. JOB REF: 8253
•The appointed solicitor will mange a caseload of residential conveyancing matters whilst assisting the Head of Department in managing the department's operations and supervising junior members of the team.
•You will play an active role in contributing to the success of the department and the firm through business development and marketing efforts.
•The firm is seeking solicitors with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE and experience handling a demanding domestic conveyancing caseload. Experience of the Land Registry Portal is an essential criterion for this role.
•This role offers valuable management experience as you will be supervising a team.
