What will you do? 

• Enjoy a broad corporate commercial caseload to include:
• Business sales & acquisitions
• Setting up businesses, company law
• Business/Asset protection
• Business planning
• Commercial agreements
• Advise owner managed businesses, small to medium sized businesses & start-up/growth enterprises, their investors and funders
• Work alongside the existing team to further enhance the dept reputation and work flows

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified corporate commercial solicitor or legal executive
• Ideally at least 3 years PQE within corporate commercial law
• A following or client base is NOT essential for this role
