Our client is looking to appoint an Employment Principal Associate to join their team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity for a mid to senior level lawyer to join a highly respected national law firm and advise a range of clients on complex Employment matters.

The firm advises clients across both the private and public sector.

Description

The Employment Principal Associate will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

  • Handling complex Employment matters for a range of clients.
  • Dealing with contentious and non-contentious employment law
  • Taking the lead on employment claims.
  • Supporting on HR and corporate support.
  • Taking an active role in marketing and business development.
  • Support the Partners with managing junior fee earners in the team.
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver integrated business services.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment law to provide timely and accurate advice.

Profile

The successful Employment Principal Associate should have:

  • A track record in respondent Employment law gained from a regional, national or international law firm.
  • Likely to be around 7 years PQE plus.
  • Strong academics and ties to Leeds.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • An interest to work for a large national law firm.
  • An interest to advise clients across a range of sectors.

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £75000 to £85000 per annum.
