Family Solicitor

FAMILY SOLICITOR, 1+ PQE, KENT, £ EXCELLENT SALARY AND BENEFITS. Excellent opportunity to join the well-respected, dynamic family law department of this firm based in Kent. JOB REF: 215298263

The appointed Solicitor will be dealing with a full range of matters across the full spectrum of family law, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and sensitive cases.

• The firm are accepting applications from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE.

• You should be personable and empathetic, with the confidence to handle complex and sensitive matrimonial finance matters, divorce and relocation, child arrangements, maintenance disputes, and domestic violence cases.

• You will be expected to draft correspondence to clients, as well as Court Applications, Statements, and other ancillary documents required for Court proceedings.

• You should be able to demonstrate excellent mediation and communication skills, along with the ability to efficiently manage a demanding workload and meet deadlines, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
