Commercial Legal Counsel

Immediate requirement: We are working on an exciting opportunity with an international Gaming company.

They are seeking a commercial and IP legal counsel (1-3 PQE) to join their team on a temporary basis.

The fixed term contract is set to last for a period of four to six months, although for the right person there is a possibility it could be made into a permanent role.

Remote working model

The role:

• Reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial matters
• Handling IP related issues
• NDAs, software licenses, MSAs
• Marketing and influencer agreements
• Working on business-as-usual matters

The ideal candidate:

• 1-3 years PQE
• Commercial and non-contentious IP background
• Good understanding of copyright Law
• Must have In-house experience (this includes secondments)
• Able to hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision
• Gaming industry experience desirable but not essential
• Marketing experience desirable
