A new, exciting opening has arisen for an ambitious Mortgage Recoveries Solicitor to work In-House for one of the largest commercial and consumer collections and legal debt recovery businesses in the UK.

Key elements of the job will include:

  • Running complex mortgage recovery and other litigation caseloads
  • Supervising junior members of the team and advising internal stakeholders
  • Working closely with clients, forging strong business relationships

This role will suit a Mortgage Recoveries Solicitor who is looking to move in-house and looking to expand on their litigation knowledge be that in Mortgage Recoveries or other areas including debt recovery and other areas of commercial litigation. The organisation will help you develop your expertise in these areas.
