In House Legal Compliance Counsel
Compliance - Senior Investigator and Case Manager - 5+ pqe - London
Our client is a global player with a rapidly evolving compliance landscape.
Are you a Senior Investigator and Case Manager who would like the opportunity to work closely with the CCO and the wider legal Compliance team of this global entity?
You are likely to be investigating cases simultaneously in multiple jurisdictions and across numerous lines of business, including recently acquired entities.
You will be based in the UK and have approx. 5 years’ experience practicing as a Compliance professional, preferably with a focus on investigations, in top tier law firms and/or industrial businesses with some experience in forensics.
You will support continuous process and data improvement, applicable regulatory and policy requirements and monitor changes in all elements of the compliance programme. Preferably you will have some language skills and have previously managed part of a compliance or audit program for an international organisation
You will be able to positively influence and secure stakeholder buy-in with clear and concise communication whilst working with this dedicated and collegiate team.
