Niche and growing commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit a corporate commercial lawyer as the firm continues to grow.
Candidates will ideally have experience of working on a range of corporate law transactions and commercial matters, including:
- Disposals and acquisitions (share sales and business sales);
- Joint ventures and shareholder agreements;
- Commercial law matters such as intellectual property (IP) matters, commercial contracts and terms and conditions of business; and
- Healthcare matters, especially buying and selling variety of healthcare businesses.
