Structured Finance Associate (1-3 PQE)

Ryder Reid Legal is tentatively seeking junior who have completed an English training contract (2 years) and are 1-3 years qualified to join their law firm client's Capital Markets department. Ideal candidates will have experience in debt finance, particularly in securitisation, structured finance, and/or structured products. Knowledge of general banking work is a plus.

We are looking for candidates with strong critical thinking, time management, organisational, and interpersonal skills, who are eager to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are essential.
