Your Role
- Mentor junior staff and lead a branch or division
- Private Client Expertise: Handle a variety of matters, including:
- Estate administration, often involving agricultural estates, business assets or high-net-worth individuals
- Drafting wills, trusts and deeds of appointment or variation
- Leadership Opportunities: Manage a branch or lead a division within the department, while mentoring junior team members and trainees
- Client Engagement: Work closely with high-net-worth clients, providing bespoke advice tailored to their needs
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Expertise in business estates or financial investments is desirable, but not essential
- STEP membership is an advantage, but not essential
