We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with a solid background in Corporate Law, you will be joining a highly regarded and leading law firm based in Buckinghamshire.
The successful candidate will have gained a minimum of 1 years PQE within general Corporate matter including transactions, M&A, private equity, banking/Finance and AIM. You will be commercially minded, with excellent academics.
