THE ROLE
We have a new vacancy for an Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor 3-6 PQE with non-contentious construction and/or engineering experience to join a top rated team.
As a core member of a successful and expanding department, the post holder will be expected to handle a varied and broad ranging transactional workload for a varied and growing client base including; developers. financial institutions and contractors.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have relevant experience gained from a recognised construction and/or engineering practice
Candidates must be able to demonstrate familiarity with the different procurement options for construction and engineering projects, and the full range of construction documentation including JCT, NEC and FIDIC.
