The Role:

As a Family Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of private family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial settlements, including high-net-worth cases
• Children Law matters
• Cohabitation agreements
• Civil partnerships
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Mediation

This role offers the chance to work exclusively on privately funded cases, with a focus on delivering compassionate, professional and effective legal solutions.

What It Is Looking For?

• A qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years of PQE in family law
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach
• A membership with Resolution is ideal
• A proactive, ambitious mindset with a drive to contribute to the growth of the department and develop professionally
