An established, family run law firm in Derbyshire is seeking a Conveyancer (ideally but not essentially a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) to join its close-knit team.

Your Role:

• Handle a diverse residential and commercial conveyancing caseload, including sales & purchases, freehold & leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages and new builds
• This is an office-based role with flexible working hours available
• Handle cases efficiently, ensuring timely and cost-effective processing
• Liaise directly with clients, estate agents and lenders to ensure smooth transactions
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and introducers
• Independently manage your workload, ensuring high productivity and quality with minimal supervision

What You’ll Need?

• Ideally qualified as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing your own caseload
