Position – Conveyancer

Location – Chorley

Full-time, office-based.

Due to continued expansion, it is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join the growing team in Chorley. If you have 2+ years’ PQE or equivalent experience in handling a variety of conveyancing matters, this is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in a modern, progressive firm.

About the role:

In this role, you will manage a broad range of conveyancing work, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases as well as more complex matters such as Shared Ownership, Lease Extensions and New Build Properties. With a dedicated new business team and post-completion team to support you, you’ll be able to focus on delivering high-quality services to your clients and honing your skills in the areas where they are most needed.

About you:

You will have gained 2 years of experience managing a full conveyancing caseload and be able to work efficiently in a team. A sound understanding of handling complex matters including Shared Ownership, Lease Extensions and New Build Properties.
