Some of the day-to-day tasks & responsibilities:

• The majority of your caseload will comprise claims with a value up to £5,000
• Pre-litigation assessment of subrogated recovery claims
• Managing your own caseload of subrogated recovery claims using a case management system
• Assisting solicitors in the team as required
• Ensuring regular contact with clients and third parties by telephone, email and general correspondence
• Dealing with claims, assessing quantum and negotiating settlement
• Drafting court proceedings and handling all procedural aspects other than hearings
• Complying with the firm's time recording policy
• Being aware of the firm’s information security policies – protect information assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference at all times

Do you have what it takes to be successful?

• Four years’ experience gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level
• Existing experience handling a caseload independently
