Contentious Probate & Trusts Solicitor – Bristol
This well-established Bristol based law firm is looking to hire a Contentious Probate & Trusts Solicitor, ideally with at least 3 years' post qualification experience.

The Role:
- Manage claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975
- Disputes over will validity, testator capacity and estate administration
- Advise both charities and private wealth disputes
- Liaise with other teams including mental capacity, tax & family
Your Experience:
- 3+ years PQE within Contentious Probate
- Ideally with STEP or ACTAPS qualifications – if not, then support to gain this
- Proven experience with contested Wills & Inheritance claims
- Strong knowledge of inheritance, CGT and income tax in estate planning
