In-house Residential Conveyancer

The work is varied and will involve:

• Residential property issues including the sale of the plots on the developments and also the acquisition and re-sale of any part exchange properties
• Dealing with commercial property matters such as infrastructure agreements and deeds of grant

You will have the ability to work autonomously.

If you are a Licensed Conveyancer looking to deal with commercial property matters or a Property Solicitor with exposure to both residential and commercial and you are looking to move In-House, this could be the role for you. The team is expanding due to workloads, so it's a great time to join.
