Our client, a highly respected and forward-thinking law firm, is looking for an enthusiastic NQ solicitor to join its expanding Stretford office just outside of Manchester City Centre. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability matters, providing expert legal advice
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements and settlement offers
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and client outcomes
- Maintain regular client communication, building strong relationships and offering timely advice
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective strategies for claim resolution
About You
- Newly qualified solicitor (0-1 years of post-qualification experience) with demonstrated experience on public liability and employers liability matters
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality case management
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients
- A proactive, collaborative approach to working within a team and across departments
