Construction Partner LONDON

Commercial law firm in London, well regarded for the work it does in Construction law is looking to recruit a non-contentious Construction Partner to their team. Our client is looking for someone to develop clients and work within the department with an aim to build and grow the business whilst maintaining a consistent level of excellent client service whilst supporting the Head of Construction and the wider Real Estate team in achieving the Business Plan. You will act on the most challenging Construction matters as well as supporting other Partners in the team on the management and development of larger key clients. Furthermore, in addition to developing the relationships you have with your own clients and/ or referrers, you will also be expected to be very active in terms of business development in order to bring new clients to the team/ firm. Effective delegation of work to the more junior members of the team is expected, as well as taking responsibility for the supervision of more junior fee earners with regards to file management and time recording. Experience of a broad range of non-contentious Construction matters is also important.
