This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to step into a busy department and help manage a varied caseload, offering a competitive hourly rate of £40-£45.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and progress residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- Handle a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Provide excellent client service and support
- Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties as necessary
