We're looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our creative industry client on an interim basis for approximately 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts across a wide range of areas.
- Advising on marketing agreements, IT contracts, and licensing matters.
- Providing expertise in data protection compliance and intellectual property (IP) matters.
- Supporting the business with pragmatic, commercial legal advice.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in commercial contracts, ideally gained In House
- Proven ability to manage a broad workload efficiently and deliver high-quality work.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law, data protection and related legal frameworks.
- A great communicator and a collaborative team player
