THE ROLE
A senior litigation solicitor is sought to handle mainly commercial litigation and arbitration, and a complete mix of matters from high to low value.
ABOUT YOU
With 8pqe + you will be looking to join a busy c 10 strong team, acting for clients in an array of sectors including, inter alia, technology, real estate, insurance and financial services.
The caseload will include contract disputes, claims for breaches of duty, disputes between shareholders and fraud investigations together with some cross-border work and a variety of other civil and commercial claims dealt with by a busy and general dispute resolution department.
