About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) applications to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of CLM solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end contract management solutions while providing expert guidance on best practices and system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Implementation:

• Lead the functional design and implementation of CLM solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize the CLM platform to meet client-specific needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on CLM capabilities and best practices.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to support client understanding and adoption.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines.

Process Optimization & Support:

• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline contract management processes.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards through accurate configuration and reporting.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Create and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, use cases, and solution designs.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor contract performance and system efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 6+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst with a focus on CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, CPAi, Ironclad Conga, Agiloft, Apttus, DocuSign CLM, or equivalent).
• Proven track record of leading CLM solution implementations across multiple industries.

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Deep understanding of contract lifecycle stages (creation, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal).
• Strong knowledge of CLM configuration, workflows, templates, and system integrations.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend efficient CLM solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CLM platform certification (e.g., Icertis Certified Professional, Conga CLM Specialist, etc.).
• Experience with contract analytics, AI-driven CLM capabilities, and legal technology solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
