Residential Property Solicitor

Experienced Residential Property Solicitor required for reputable Nottingham team.

Our Client seeks to appoint an experienced residential property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its successful team in Nottingham.

You will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 4 years PQE and must be able to run a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion with no supervision.

You will be the point of contact for complex queries, and be able to lead junior conveyancers within the team. Ideally you will have some leadership experience though this is not essential. This is not a management position, but the firm are looking for a confident fee earner who is able to assist in leading and developing the team when required.

Salary up to £52,000 though this may increase for the right candidate. Clear route to progression.
