Our client is looking for an experienced litigators to manage a caseload of civil litigation work relating to either housing disrepair of financial sector negligence work out of its Liverpool offices

Role Overview

You will join an established department of this national legal services business. The company handles a diverse range of niche civil litigation work including legal costs, debt recovery, GDPR breach, cavity wall claims and financial mis-selling.

You will have a background in litigated work and managing your own caseload. Previous experience in the specific area of law is not a necessity so fee earner lawyers from personal injury and other areas of civil litigation will be considered.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking someone with the following characteristics:

• Solicitor, CILEx or experienced paralegal with prior experience working in civil litigation and proven record of handling your own litigated caseload.
• If you have experience in housing disrepair, mortgage mis-selling, mortgage miscalculation or undisclosed commissions work that would be ideal.
• Computer literate and able to work a case management led litigation caseload.
• This could suit someone who has worked in volume injury or insurance work who is looking for a change of direction.
