CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT/ RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL, SHEFFIELD

Anakin Seal are recruiting for an ambitious residential property paralegal to join a highly reputable firm of Solicitors at their office in Sheffield.

Rated highly in the legal directories for their work in several areas, this firm would be an excellent choice for an ambitious paralegal looking to make a dent in the residential property market.

The role:

Due to an influx in work and the firms ongoing expansion plans, they now seek to recruit an experienced conveyancing assistant/ residential property paralegal to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting a number of fee earners on a varied caseload to include but not limited to residential sales and purchase both freehold and leasehold, new build properties, transfer of equity and re-mortgage work. You will provide hands on support and work your way up to manage your own caseload in the future, should this be the route you wish to take.

The successful candidate:

Will have a minimum of 1 years' experience supporting fee earners in a residential conveyancing team. You must have residential sales and purchase experience. Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider candidates with no prior residential conveyancing experience.

Remuneration:

Salary between £18,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience.
