RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER REQUIRED FOR LEADING CHESTERFIELD TEAM
Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a highly reputable team in Chesterfield.
Due to an influx in work and the firms ongoing expansion plans, they now seek to recruit an experienced conveyancer to join their team. You will be responsible for handling your own varied caseload to include but not limited to residential sales and purchase both freehold and leasehold, new build properties, transfer of equity and re-mortgage work.
The successful candidate:
The role would suit either a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/ Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced paralegal who can demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' case handling experience within a residential conveyancing team. You will be ambitious and hard-working, confident and not be afraid to put forth ideas to help drive the team forwards and remain strong competition across South Yorkshire and beyond.
Remuneration:
Salary to £45,000 dependant on experience, generous holiday allowance, staff discounts and benefits, health and wellbeing benefits and more.
