Residential Property Solicitor

Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced residential property Solicitor to join a reputable firm of Solicitors on a fully remote or hybrid working arrangement

We are keen to receive applications from residential property Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years' PQE who are interested in joining a reputable, forward thinking law firm on a fully remote or hybrid working arrangement.

The firm:

This renowned law firm have been providing services to clients both locally and nationally for many years. They have an excellent reputation for their work in residential property amongst other areas and employ a number of specialist Solicitors and non-qualified fee earners across several sites.

The role:

Due to an influx in work and the firms ongoing expansion plans, they now seek to recruit an experienced residential property Solicitor to join their team. You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), transfer of equity, right to buy, re-mortgage and new build cases. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting junior members of staff with queries and complex residential conveyancing matters.

The successful candidate:

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 4 years' PQE gained within residential conveyancing, supervisory experience would be desirable though not essential.

Remuneration:

Salary to £45,000 though may be increased for the right candidate. Head office in Doncaster.
