PERSONAL INJURY FEE EARNER REQUIRED IN NEWCASTLEAnakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced claimant personal injury fee earner to join a reputable ELPL/ RTA team in Newcastle.
The role:
Due to an influx in work and the firms ongoing expansion plans, they now seek to recruit an experienced fee earner (2 years' + experience) who has a proven track record of successfully handling litigated RTA/ ELPL personal injury claims. You will be responsible for handling a varied personal injury caseload, investigating each individual case and assessing the damages, you will draft schedules of loss and legal documentation, negotiate settlements, work alongside third parties and experts to achieve the best possible outcome for your clients, prepare each case for trial all while providing the highest level of client care.
The successful candidate:
Will have a minimum of 2 years' claimant personal injury experience (both RTA and ELPL) and must be comfortable dealing with litigated cases.
Remuneration:
Salary to £35,000
