Commercial Property Solicitor - (3+ PQE) 

A superb opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, looking to take the next step in their career with an excellent leading Hertfordshire firm.

An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor is needed to join a top legal 500 firm-based Buckinghamshire offering huge potential.

You will need to have a minimum of 3 years PQE and have strong commercial experience, with ambition to develop your skills further.

The role will require you to conduct and manage your own cases from initial instruction through to conclusion; assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm. Deal with all types of non contentious property transactions, including; leasehold and freehold acquisitions, leases and renewals, licenses to assign, sub-letting and surrendering leases.
