Legal Counsel

One of the leading automotive brands in the world is seeking to grow the legal team with the addition of a Legal Counsel to join this high calibre organisation.
The business seeks a strong Commercial Lawyer with c. 0-4 PQE, and will look to further develop this person with the opportunity to grow into areas of Financial Services as well as upskilling in General Commercial matters.

The Role

Based at their Head Office in Buckinghamshire, the Legal Counsel will take on a varied commercial position including:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to Procurement, IT and Insurance contracts
- Advising the business on matters specific to the automotive sector, including Consumer Credit and FCA compliance.
- Advising the business on ad hoc legal matters.

The Person

The successful candidate will have a background in either Commercial or FS matters, and a keen interest in the automotive sector. You will be open to developing new skills as part of a legal team with a superb reputation in a highly regarded brand.
