In-House Junior Commercial Counsel - West Midlands - Significant Flexible Working and Growth Opportunities (1-4 PQE)

We are delighted to be working with a global business whose goods and services are a key cog in facilitating the day to day function, logistics and mechanics of its client's business operations, who are some of the household name brands in industry and manufacturing, in their search for a Junior Legal Counsel to join its legal team based in the West Midlands. This is an amazing opportunity to gain exposure to high value, business critical commercial contracts.

As a partner of the world's leading names in industry and manufacturing, this business provides you with amazing scope for growth, as you will be reporting into and learning from the Head of Legal. You will be expected to build and develop relationships with key stakeholders and sales directors within the business and become a trusted legal advisor to them.

The role will provide extensive exposure to commercial contracts i. B2B goods and services contracts, as well as the opportunity to support the different divisions of the business on a wide variety of legal issues e. assisting with group compliance across the business, as well as advising on other areas of law on an ad-hoc basis.

You will have a solid background in commercial contracts and this role is suitable for a lawyer ready for the next move in their career who seeks a high level of responsibility (with support as required).
