Lead Counsel

A leading global brand in the automotive sector is seeking a 5+ PQE Commercial Lawyer to join the business in a newly created position for this well-known and loved brand.

The company is headquartered in Milton Keynes but offers substantial flexibility.

The Position

Reporting directly into the CEO, this Senior Lawyer will take charge of all commercial legal matters for the business, including but not limited to:
- Negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts, including tenders, sales, supply of parts and a range of procurement contracts.
- Advising senior stakeholders on matters relating to Competition Law.
- Managing any litigation/disputes on behalf of the business.

The Person

The successful applicant will have a demonstrably strong track record in general commercial matters, ideally also with an understanding of Competition Law and Commercial Litigation.

This position will particularly suit someone used to working in a small team where you have had to take on a range of work and a high level of responsibility.
