This business is a household name in property development and a market leader in building and regeneration projects all over the U. The business is experiencing a wave of corporate and commercial activity after receiving a huge amount of capital injection, so this is an extremely exciting time to be joining the legal team.
Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will be advising the key stakeholders on a variety of commercial contracts across the various business functions, such as B2B supplier and customer contracts and construction contracts i. JV's, as well as working on corporate acquisitions and disposals.
The role is suitable for a 4-7 PQE Commercial Lawyer, who is eager to join a growing legal team and develop their skill-set in an in-house environment, where the advice you give to the business needs to be commercial and 'useable'.
The role is Birmingham based, but applications will be considered for remote applicants on the basis that some office contact will be required as and when the business requires.
