Commercial Lawyer (Well-known Plc)

My client is a well known Plc looking for a commercial lawyer with an interest in technological innovation and transformation. You will partner with the technology team as well as other areas of the business advising on BAU contracts and ongoing projects. You will advise on legal compliance, contracts, regulations and disputes and work closely with the leadership team.

You:

- At least 2 years commercial experience gained in a well known firm or large in-house environment.
- Experience of IT related contracts, including software as a service contracts and technology licensing agreements.
- Experience in advising on digital transformation, digital infrastructure, licensing and collaboration matters desirable.
- A keen interest in AI.
- Excellent communicator who is able to build strong relationships with a wide variety of internal and external contacts at all levels.
