The Senior Paralegal role will support the legal team on a broad range of legal matters including:

- Commercial contracts.
- IP.
- Data protection.
- Corporate transactions.
- Assisting with building a bank of legal precedents.
- Company secretarial.
- Technology contracts.

You:

- A proven track record in commercial or corporate law gained in-house or in a large private practice.
- Excellent academics.
- Ability to deal with a fast pace of work.
