An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious commercial lawyer to join this well known firm at Director level.

The Commercial team at this popular and well known firm handles a broad range of commercial contracts work, across a range of sectors. The firm has a great reputation and can offer an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing Manchester commercial team.

Key elements of this Commercial Director role:

*Commercial Contracts work will include a general commercial caseload of terms and conditions, supply agreements, procurement contracts, some more specialist IT contracts and data protection matters
*Access to blue chip clients from a range of sectors
*Immediate career development opportunity - join at Director level working alongside an experienced Partner on quality instructions and assisting in securing and developing new client opportunities
*Join a small but growing team, working collaboratively with other teams in Manchester and across a small network of offices nationally

As a Commercial Director you will be able to show:

*8 PQE+ in Commercial work, already operating at Director level or aiming to step up to this level
*An ability to manage longstanding clients well
*Excellent commercial awareness and a breath of experience - additional experience in IT contracts and data protection work would be advantageous but not essential
*An eagerness to help develop new client opportunities
*A strong team player, looking to join a firm with an excellent culture and work life balance
