A highly regarded UK law firm has instructed BCL Legal to assist with its recruitment of a NQ corporate solicitor to join the Leeds office of its top tier national corporate team to undertake a mix of interesting and challenging corporate work for an enviable client base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a NQ - 2 years PQE corporate solicitor to join a busy and highly experienced corporate team and work on a wide range of corporate matters including; mergers and acquisitions, share agreements, stock transfers, corporate finance and restructuring.

The successful applicant will be joining a top-ranked corporate team working on high profile projects for clients in a range of sectors including; manufacturing, retail, insurance. food, energy and hospitality and leisure.

The ideal candidate will have qualified at a large regional or city firm and gained solid corporate experience during this time. You will have good technical skills and an interest in working for sector focussed clients. You will be enthusiastic, commercially-minded and enjoy business development.
