The firm/team:
- A leading international law firm are keen to appoint a NQ-6PQE banking & finance associate to join their team of London experts
- The successful London based senior associate will be working on a broad range of work as part of an ambitious, motivated and growing team
- Clients include a wide range of funders
- The team also have a significant borrower side practice
- Many of the transactions are cross border

The role:
- Acting for a variety of clients including:
- Banks,
- Insurers,
- Debt funds,
- Private equity sponsors,
- Large corporates
- You will be involved in a variety of work including:
- Real estate finance,
- Corporate lending,
- Acquisition finance,
- Restructuring,
- Global loans

About you:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
- Applications are sought from NQ- 6PQE solicitors
- Technically excellent and able to demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt and change
- Get involved with business development and the growth of the wider team
- Have experience supervising junior members of the team (paralegals and trainees)
- Enjoy getting to know your clients and build lasting relationships

Benefits:
- A competitive salary in the region of £70,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience)
