A market-leading top tier international firm is seeking an NQ+ Financial Litigation Solicitor to bolster their offering in Leeds. This role is offered full time on a permanent basis, with flexible working arrangements available.

Their national finance team is one of the largest in the UK with a wealth of highly skilled and experienced lawyers. They are truly one of the UK's leading practices for pensions legal advice, with a wealth of top quality clients.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The successful candidate will join an experienced and highly regarded team, working with an unparalleled client list, including asset finance companies, invoice discounters, mortgage lenders and short-term loan providers.

The team handle a wide range of litigation with a focus on ensuring that the team is immersed in the banking industry, litigation practice and developments in banking law and practice. They work closely with clients to gain an in-depth knowledge of their business and concerns so that the best possible service is provided. Advice is pragmatic, commercial and proactive and the priority is always cost-effective solutions to resolve disputes.

This team operate with eight Partners and circa 40 Fee Earners across their UK offices.

THE CANDIDATE

- You will be at least an NQ+ Solicitor with a solid grounding in Financial Litigation and experience with a reputable firm.
- Strong technical skills and commercial acumen.
- Strong academic record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
