Senior Counsel - Interim- 6 Months + In House

Unusual opportunity to join a high growth international market leading consumer organisation on an initial 6 month contract. We are looking mid-senior level lawyer  from the 8+pqe bracket with an interest in joining a high growth acquisitive business on an interim basis.

You will work directly with a highly experienced General Counsel on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters across an international organisation.

You will manage a range of commercial contracts and legal queries across the business. You will have direct contact with the managers of busy consumer outlets who may need advice from pre-litigation matters and general ad hoc queries through to Head office Contract drafting, negotiation and management.

Given the senior nature of the role, you will be equally adept at the more senior level to assist the GC on more complex matters across the group.

We are looking for a lawyer who has the grounding and experience to advise within a fast moving and constantly changing dynamic commercial environment.

This is a hands on role where your experience will be called upon at all levels.

To work quickly and efficiently without day to day support will be crucial to your success in this role.

You will need to be a UK based Qualified Solicitor with seasoned in house experience. 

Role commencement - October 2022.

Remote working with occasional HQ presence.

A South West England base would be an advantage.
