Theresa Lucas, a member of eNL’s specialist Midlands Private Practice team, is currently recruiting for a NQ Family Solicitor to join a busy team in Leicestershire. 

JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor

SALARY: Market Rate

THE ROLE:
The successful Newly Qualified Family Solicitor will sit within a busy Family Department, working with a varied caseload of Family matters to include Divorce and Separation, financial issues, cohabitation agreements, civil partnerships, pre-nuptial agreements, matters relating to children and domestic violence. Displaying excellent technical knowledge, the successful Family Solicitor will boast a solid approach to achieving tasks and objectives, along with strong planning and organisational skills.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a Qualified Family Solicitor or experience Paralegal able to handle your own caseload. You will demonstrate solid understanding and basic knowledge of Family law and have experience managing a portfolio. Confident working independently and as part of a team, you will boast strong communication skills and hold accountability for organising your own caseload.
