Commercial Solicitor
A Top 100 law firm in East Anglia is looking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor to join its team handling high profile project work.
The Commercial Solicitor’s responsibilities will involve:
- Advising a varied client base including national and local government, and private sector businesses on complex commercial contracts and procurement strategies
- Client responsibilities and the opportunity to run your own projects from the start
- Mentoring junior lawyers
- Working with colleagues within the team and across the firm in the development of new business initiatives
The successful Commercial Solicitor:
- 3+ years’ PQE within commercial contracts
- Experience of public procurement work would be a distinct advantage but is not essential
- Experience within another leading regional or national law firm, however those working in the public sector handling similarly complex commercial projects are also invited to apply
- The personal qualities required to make teamwork pay off through communication, collaboration and enthusiasm for your work
