JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Consultant
LOCATION: Remote/UK wide
SALARY: Fee-sharing opportunity - 60% of fees retained by the consultant

Our client is seeking individuals with at least 5 years’ experience in the conveyancing market who are seeking a flexible and rewarding role with a market leading legal brand. This role does not require your own client following but will see you handling a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions for clients to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. This role is not restricted to those who have been admitted as Solicitors, providing you can evidence the necessary level of expertise required. Enhanced support and mentoring are available as part of the package.
We are seeking applications from:
• Non-qualified Conveyancers with 10 years’ experience in Conveyancing (minimum of 5 years as a fee earner)
• Newly-qualified Solicitors (circa 2 years PQE) with 5 years’ experience in property law (including the 2 years PQE).
You will be confident in handling your own conveyancing caseload and you will be dedicated to maintaining an exceptional level of client care. In return you will receive an exceptional work life balance, 60% of your fees billed and the support to continue to develop in your career.
