Residential Conveyancer, East London – This leading law firm based in East London is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its successful team. If you are enthusiastic and looking for longevity, then look no further! 

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 2+ years
LOCATION: East London
SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The successful Residential Conveyancer will be dealing with a busy and varied caseload, liaising with both clients and external sources to handle all aspects of residential property law. This will include freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions and transfers of equity. You must be able to nurture and develop existing relationships whilst investing in new ones.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 2+ years’ PQE and be able to manage and adhere to deadlines whilst delivering a high standard of customer service. As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you must have a solid knowledge of this area of law and be committed to keeping up to date with compliance training and regulations in accordance with the SRA code of practice.
