OVERVIEW:
Our client is a well-established regional practice in the Nottinghamshire area. The firm are in need of an additional Residential Property Conveyancer to join their thriving Residential Property team and deal with the broad spectrum of residential property. The appointed Residential Property Conveyancer will be responsible for dealing with a wide and varied caseload of residential conveyancing maters including remortgages, shared ownership, new builds, deeds of gifts and sales and purchases. The Residential Property Conveyancer will be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who is experienced across the broad spectrum of residential conveyancing. The Residential Property Conveyancer will either be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling residential property matters. Ideal Residential Property Conveyancer’s will have experience of dealing with residential property transactions from start to finish and be confident in their ability to provide advice on new builds and leaseholds.
