Employment Lawyer, 4+ PQE – Northamptonshire – Are you an experienced Employment Lawyer with experience in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters on behalf of claimants and respondents?


JOB TITLE: Employment Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 4+
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: Circa £50,000 plus

THE ROLE:
A well-established law firm in Northamptonshire is keen to appoint an experienced Employment Lawyer to handle a mixed caseload of non-contentious and contentious employment related matters. As the appointed Employment Lawyer, you will be responsible for your own caseload of matters on behalf of both claimants and respondent clients. Once hired as an Employment Lawyer you can expect to be dealing with your own caseload of matters including both contentious and non-contentious. Applications are sought from Employment Lawyer who are able to come in and hit the ground running with an existing caseload of matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
There is a full caseload waiting for the successful Employment Lawyer and applications are sought from Lawyers with a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of employment matters. Ideal Employment Lawyers will be able to handle their own caseload of matters therefore you must be self-sufficient and be able to work using your own initiative. Covering the broad spectrum of employment law, you must be able to provide advice to both employees and employers on a mix of contentious and non-contentious related claims. The client base is varied and will include corporate clients, family sized businesses as well as individuals.
